Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 25 JUL 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

AR review:


New ARs:
 - Weston send DOCX of Quality Specification to quality and editorial teams for 
   review


Discussion:
a. Quality Specification Spreadsheet (update and review)
   no comments this week
b. Comments on IBIS Quality Specification Version 3.0 Draft7
   The group discussed the process to approve the quality specification through 
   the task group and the open forum. The group agreed to bring the document 
   for a vote in the task group and then submit it to the open forum for 
   approval. With formal approval of the open forum, we hope to get the 
   specification accessible from the home page on the IBIS website.
